3. Client Obligations

As a Client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work.
Ensure access to the property during the scheduled service times.
Remove any personal items or valuables from areas to be cleared.
Notify us of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the property.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours notice without incurring any penalties. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee, as detailed in the service agreement.

6. Liability and Insurance

Garden Clearance Millhill is fully insured to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions on the property.
